Michael Quach, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Quach has served as Medical Director of Momentum for Mental Health since March 2010. He completed his medical training at Stanford University School of Medicine. He developed his specialization in adult psychiatry at Stanford Hospital and clinics. He served as chief resident during his last year of psychiatric residency. Dr. Quach currently teaches at Stanford Medical School in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He has been on the Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Stanford since 2008.

Residential Program Manager

Scott Colanino manages La Selva Group's Residential Program. Scott brings a 20 years experience providing direct mental health services to clients in addition to managing residential programs. Scott has implemented dynamic treatment programs based on the Psychosocial Rehabilitation and recovery models. Scott also provides community and staff training on dual diagnosis treatment.

Deborah Sabelli, MFT, conducts groups and individual therapy, and coordinates the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy program. She also coordinates admissions and assessments. Deborah has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over twenty years.

Anne DiTiberio, joins our team providing clinical oversight as well as group and individual therapy with La Selva Outpatient Clients. She brings many years experience working with clients with mental health issues in specialty clinics, residential programs, and clinical research institutions. Areas of interest include Family Therapy, early intervention and prevention of mental health issues, and treatment of Mood Disorders. She also has experience doing school-based work and providing Mental Health education to educators, school counselors and parents within school settings.

Pamela Garfield, LCSW
Clinician

Pamela is new to the La Selva team starting August 2007. She does individual therapy and leads diffterent groups such as DBT, psychodrama and relaxation with La Selva outpatient clients. Pamela received her Master's in Social Work at New York University in 1999. Since then she's had a wide range of experience with adults, children and families in different settings including; schools, community-based organizations and residential treatment centers. Andrea Carandang conducts group and individual therapy with La Selva outpatient clients. She has several years of clinical experience working with youths, adults and older adult populations in a variety of settings. She has worked for many years with clients affected by mental health issues, domestic violence and trauma. Her areas of professional interests and expertise include mood disorders, dual diagnosis, caregivers' issues, domestic violence, grief and loss.
